Not only we source direct from origins, we love to pick in-season green beans. Because we want to be socially responsible and support hard-working coffee growers, we are happy to pay a fair price for their finest products. This is our green beans policy.  

Being one of the largest roasteries in Hong Kong, we are blessed with the resources to do extra. Our roasters can explore a wide range of roasting profiles for different palates. In each roasting profile that we offer, we carefully roast for the right notes and look for the optimal sweetness. This is Filters Lane’s roasting philosophy.
